LEGO Dimensions was the first project I worked on to be released during my time at TT Games Studios.
Year 1 of LEGO Dimensions is the first foray into
the Toys-to-Life market by Traveller's Tales and featured levels and
open worlds representing a multitude of franchises including DC
Comics, the BBC's Doctor Who, and Valve's Portal
among others.
The first wave of game content for this project was released in September 2015, debuting on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Wii U, Xbox 360, and Xbox One.
My workload on the project was divided roughly as below, though in the interests of clarity my implementation efforts as with all LEGO projects did not involve the creation of assets and in some cases the implementation was a joint-effort with another designer.
I designed and implemented content for the 'Midway Arcade' world.
I partially implemented content for the 'Ghostbusters (1984)' world.
In addition to this I also implemented content that did not make it into the final game within the 'DC Comics', 'Lord of the Rings', and 'Back to the Future' worlds.
Note that LEGO Dimensions was a multi-release project, additional information can be found on the 'LEGO Dimensions: Year 2' page.
