In my current role, I've been a member of the Hub/Open World Design department since the beginning of 2015. At TT Games Studios, this department works on the conceptualisation and implementation of the open-world areas found within LEGO games.
Alongside the conceptualisation, design, and implementation of events within these hubs; my duties extend to overall management of hub areas including advising on layout and use of locations, set-dressing, direction on content implemented by technical designers, and addressing bugs found by our QA department.
In 2022, I was promoted to 'Lead Designer' - and since then my duties have extended to leading the overall direction of our open worlds, as well as managing the designers who work on them.
